7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At EL-WIRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product isn’t right for you, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any perfume, makeup, stains, or other marks.
  • Have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Be in its original condition, suitable for resale.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected upon inspection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to improper care or handling.
  • Any product specifically marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable on the product page.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged,
  • Defective, or
  • Different from the product you ordered,

please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs/videos of the issue.

After verification, EL-WIRA will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping

For products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by EL-WIRA, we will bear the applicable return shipping cost.

6. Exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may be offered an alternative resolution, such as a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

7. Important Note

We strongly recommend checking the size chart and product details before placing your order. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the nature of the fabric.
